Food Court  -  In a food court, Chinese food is sometimes a healthier alternative than burgers and fries. Stick with a small to moderate portion of steamed rice; it has half the calories of an equal amount of fried rice which can also be high in saturated fat. Avoid fried foods while considering dishes rich in vegetables, chicken and tofu.

What are the Club hours?

Monday through Thursday: 6:00am - 11:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am - 7:00pm


What are the Business Office hours?

Monday through Friday: 9am - 5pm


Are there any other areas of the club that have different hours?

Kids Club:
Monday through Thursday: 8:30am - 1:00pm and 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm and 5:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm


How do I reserve a court?

Call or come in as early as an hour before the time you want to reserve a court. You are able to schedule a court up to two weeks in advance.


How do I make a massage appointment?

How do I get started with a personal trainer?

How do I take advantage of the child care offered at the club?

No reservations needed.


How do I get a copy of the club events, programs and other schedules?

They are available at the Front Desk.


What is Group Training and how do I get involved?

Group training is available in a couple of different formats. Classes have been the most recognized method. We also offer "Buddy Sessions" for Personal Training. This is when two people with similiar goals train together with a Personal Trainer.
