Food Court
- In a food
court, Chinese food is sometimes a healthier alternative
than burgers and fries. Stick with a small to
moderate portion of steamed rice; it has half
the calories of an equal amount of fried rice
which can also be high in saturated fat. Avoid
fried foods while considering dishes rich in vegetables,
chicken and tofu.

help you get started or improve your playing ability & strategy.
Joe is an AmPRO (American Professional Racquetball Association)
certified instructor. Private and group lessons are available.
One 1-hour lesson $35.00
Five 1-hour lessons $155.00
Ten 1-hour lessons $275.00
Group lessons $25.00 per person
Joe is available flexible hours and can work with all levels
of players: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.
