Food Court
- In a food
court, Chinese food is sometimes a healthier alternative
than burgers and fries. Stick with a small to
moderate portion of steamed rice; it has half
the calories of an equal amount of fried rice
which can also be high in saturated fat. Avoid
fried foods while considering dishes rich in vegetables,
chicken and tofu.

Directions to the Club
From the North: take Edens,
exit on Cicero. Continue on Cicero (south 1/2 mile). The Club
is 1/2 block past (south of) Foster on the right (west) side
of the street.
From the South: take Kennedy
to Edens, exit Foster. Proceed west on Foster to the first
light, which is Cicero, and we're 1/2 block south on the right
(west side of the street).
From the West: take Kennedy,
exit Lawrence. Proceed east on Lawrence to Cicero. Turn left
on Cicero and proceed north. We're 1/2 block past Elston on
the left (west) side of the street.
