Food Court  -  In a food court, Chinese food is sometimes a healthier alternative than burgers and fries. Stick with a small to moderate portion of steamed rice; it has half the calories of an equal amount of fried rice which can also be high in saturated fat. Avoid fried foods while considering dishes rich in vegetables, chicken and tofu.

Edens Athletic Club is conveniently located just off the Edens Expressway at Cicero and Foster Avenue, in Chicago, Illinois.

The Edens Athletic Club is a full service health club complete with cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, group exercise programs (such as yoga, kickboxing, dance and group cycling), racquetball courts, as well as racquetball lessons, personal training, and massage therapy. The Edens Athletic Club also features handball, basketball, walleyball, kids club nursery, pro shop, and more!
